As an NLMS licensed lender, we can also assist you by refinancing your current automobile loan or provide you with a secured personal loan against a title to a vehicle you already have.
This allows you access to cash that can be used for vacation, travel, home improvements, debt consolidation, medical bills and other unexpected expenses.
Auto loans
Our friendly staff will work with you to get you “Pre-Approved” for your next vehicle purchase before you start shopping. This allows you the freedom to find the vehicle you want and approach the transaction in the same manner as if you were a Cash Buyer.

Our consumer loans can assist qualified Oregon residents in achieving their financial goals. With collateralized loan amounts ranging from $1,000 up to $10,000 Hyland Acceptance can get you the cash you need.
Our fixed simple interest rates and loan origination fees may vary from customer to customer based on the applicant’s creditworthiness, collateral value, loan structure, and applicable federal and state laws.
Easy Payments
When it comes time to make a payment on your account, we provide several options to fit your needs and schedule.
We respect how hard you work for your money and do not charge a “Convenience Fee” when you make a payment via the telephone or when you utilize our automatic payment feature.
In person
Payments can be made in person at our office located at 1565 South A Street, Springfield, OR 97477 during normal business hours. We accept Cash, Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, and most Credit / Debit cards.
By phone
You can always reach a live account manager during regular business hours by calling our office at 541-736-1111 and we will be happy to assist you in making your payment.
By mail
Checks, Cashier’s Checks, and Money Orders can be mailed to our office at 1565 South A Street, Springfield, OR 97477. Please make sure you include your full name and account number on your check or with your payment.
Insurance
Hyland Acceptance Company requires that customers carry full coverage insurance on their vehicles with comprehensive and collision deductibles of $500 or less.
Additionally, we require that Hyland Acceptance Company be listed on the policy as the Loss Payee / Lien Holder.
- Valid driver’s license (Oregon preferred)
- Proof of income (Recent pay stub, Award letter, Tax statements, etc.)
- Proof of residence (Utility bill, Rental agreement)
- Five References: Name, Address and Phone Number
- Proof of “Full Coverage” insurance with $500 or less deductible with Hyland Acceptance Company listed as the loss payee / lien holder.
YES. A due-date can be changed ONCE during the life of your loan as long as your account is in good standing. You may be required to pay the interest amount due between your current due date and the requested due date. Please ask an account representative for more detail.
YES. Please be sure to specify with your account representative if you wish to make a principal only payment or direct an overpayment to your principal balance. Most of our loans do not have a pre-payment penalty, however some consumer direct loans may have this clause in your contract. Please review your contract or contact us for clarification.
YES. Hyland Acceptance Company reports your payment history to TransUnion, providing you the opportunity to establish or rebuild your credit rating.
NO. We offer traditional installment loans secured by personal property or an approved vehicle title. Traditional payday loans and the rates and terms typically associated with these loans can put the borrower at a much greater risk than the traditional installment loans we offer.
